I hope this blog will help me stay motivated. From 49 to 50 I put on 15 pounds. My dog aged and my routine of running each day with him went by the wayside. Last year I took a tri course and I hope this will provide some of the motivation I need to get lean and fit.
Well day one of this blog-- Off for a 4.2 mile run. Beautiful sun and a day full of sedentary activities planned.
Hopefully can figure out some of the great tools on the web to add work out logs and eating diaries.
